Kaikoura Womens Mindfulness Retreat Package

A Kaikoura Retreat, gives you space to Relax, Reset, Unwind all whilst receiving pampering, learning  simple yoga asanas and breathe techniques. Leave feeling confident you can manage daily stresses and anxiety with newly discovered tools. Kaikoura is a stunning location to have the ultimate getaway away.

Leave your normal daily life behind and give yourself some time to reflect, become present and honour YOU by giving time for YOU. Enjoy Kaikoura's Mindfulness Retreat and have lots of fun with like minded people at our Winter Escape Retreat Package in Kaikoura. Stay in Kaikoura, at one of our lovely locations and enjoy rugged snow capped mountain views and spectacular sea views.

Re-awaken your mind and body, relax and come away energised after practising simple yoga asanas and breathe techniques.

Day One

  • 1 Hour Yoga (morning)

  • 45 min Breath Coaching    

  • 1 Hour Lunch Break  Lunch provided and snacks and water

  • 1 Hour Mindfulness Activities

  • Free to explore our unique shops, art at the container mall and scrumptious food from the cafes and restaurants.

  • Evening meal at a restaurant of your choosing ( not included in price /package )


Day Two        

  • 1 Hour Gentle Yoga

  • 15 min Meditation




Walk along the Peninsula, it is home to seals, sea birds, and keep your eyes peeled for dolphins and other marine life, if your lucky enough to be in the right spot at the right time you may see something!!

Explore whaling and historical pa sites.

Enjoy magical cliff top views of the sea in front of you and the mountain ranges, sprinkled with snow in the winter months making an impressive backdrop behind you.

An amazing  collection of information boards along the walkway explain the geology, the rich history, animals, plants and all about the Kaikoura Canyon. The whole walk takes 3 hours but you can do a shorter walk, tailor it to your requirements. 


Lunch: A superb array of seafood is available at the infamous Kaikoura Seafood BBQ, dine right beside Jimmy Armers Beach and it’s on your way back from the Peninsula walk. A must do foodie experience whilst in Kaikoura.

Kaikoura is a coastal town on the South Island of New Zealand. It’s known for its abundant wildlife and its sperm whale population. The Kaikoura Peninsula Walkway winds from the town centre to lookout points at Point Kean. Close by, the rock platforms are home to a colony of New Zealand fur seals. 


Breathing / Mind Body Strategies


I have taken a long time to write this testimony for Penny because I'm not actually sure how to put into words what I want to say. Penny is amazing at what she does, very intuitive and works with the body in beautiful ways that are suited for you. She also has a great worldly knowledge on so many things and just knows what to say at the perfect time. She is a kind, caring person and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.



Yoga / Breathing


My partner and I recently attended a discovery yoga session with Penny and we came away so happy to have gone along. My partner was very nervous being his first time at yoga and he found Penny to be very patient and made him feel comfortable and relaxed. You can tell Penny has a wealth of knowledge on the subject and went through everything with ease. Can’t wait to continue on the journey with her.



Yoga / Breathing Techniques


I had my first one on one yoga class with Penny yesterday, it was fantastic! I have done previous yoga classes but have always struggled with my technique.Penny gave me helpful cues right through our session and made sure I was in the correct position plus lots of tips and helpful information to make sure I keep progressing with my training. The session flowed well, was in a relaxing environment and I left feeling relaxed but energized. I would definitely recommend her classes to anyone looking to improve in technique and truly feel the benefits yoga brings to the body and mind.Looking forward to my next class with her.
